Fairway Industries, Inc. manufactures and markets a true sod plug planter and associated equipment from its home in Americus, Georgia.   Built around a patented cutter head mechanism, the sod plug planter is offered in three models: Model A, Model B, and Model C.  The Ring/Roll Packer,  a combination roller with rings in the front followed by a smooth roller in the back, as well as plain, smooth rollers and “star” aerators are also offered by Fairway and, as with all of the company's equipment, are very substantially made using heavy gauge steel and components.
